1. Print misalignment caused by wear of the print head cable. The printer's print head cable is usually placed under the word car. When printing, the print head cable rubs at the bottom of the ribbon cassette for a long time, it will wear the lead, causing the printed characters to have fewer defects. When the lead wire is short-circuited, the printing pin is difficult to expand and contract, and the ribbon is easily caught at the time of high-speed printing, causing the printing to be misaligned. Print misalignment caused by wear of the printhead cable is often random and has no fixed position.

2. After the ribbon core is replaced, the ribbon is inflexible and causes misprinting. When replacing the ribbon core, because the ribbon core is too long or too thick, it is easy to cause the ribbon to move inaccurately and cause printing misalignment. This print misplacement is also a random, unfixed position. Therefore, when replacing the ribbon core, be sure to select the corresponding product, and do not use it.
